I’ve never worked with an agency before. Will I be under contract?
We have signed contracts with every client for the sake of being clear and understanding what all parties will deliver and receive. That said, we never want to obligate you to working with us if we’re parting ways – our contracts allow for parting ways with a 30 day notice.

What if I need an “overhaul” of my current messaging? Can this work for me?
Yes. If your prospective customers are unclear or confused about what you provide, a messaging overhaul is in order.  

Does this include full pages of copy for my website?
Your brand story, key messages and content pillars can weave through any communication – and that includes your website copy. Once we get to know you better, we can suggest a scope of work that suits you best.
