In this digital world we live in of remote working and video conferencing, it’s important for business owners to maintain a healthy workplace dynamic. This helps to retain employees and continue growing. Because growth happens from the inside out. Right?

On this week’s episode, we are joined by our friend Kelly McLaughlan, co-founder and CEO of KME.digital. After a successful 10-year stint in the corporate world of IT government consulting led her to having to choose between a family and career, Kelly made the daring leap like so many of us have. Kelly co-founded KME.digital after finding success through a lead on Craigslist—yes, finding jobs on Craigslist was a thing—to overhaul a company’s paid advertising strategy. Now, over 15 years later, KME.digital has grown to over 20 employees! KME.digital embodies the same values as co-founder Kelly, flexibility, fun and longevity.

In today’s episode you’ll learn:

  • The pros and cons of remote work
  • Why you should be hiring interns
  • How to hire for longevity
  • How to retain top talent

& SO MUCH MORE!
