About Jordan Engelhardt
One day after work, Jordan craved a margarita but knew how many calories there were in a single glass. She thought, “What if there was a better way to drink margaritas and cocktails?” Jordan called up her mom, and they started experimenting. After Jordan networked with several people in the industry, she found a beverage lab, and Jordan’s Skinny Mixes was created: zero calories, zero sugar, but all of the flavor. We began with three products – the Skinny Margarita, the Skinny Cosmopolitan, and the Skinny Appletini – and Jordan peddled them from her garage around the Tampa area. They took off, and we continued to grow in sales and products, like our coffee syrups, to where we are today.
