We’re BACK friends! It’s been quite a few months since we released a new episode of The Corporate Dropout. Today we’re going to share with you what’s been going on since taking our podcast hiatus: hiring full-time employees! The biggest question we’re answering is how to know when it’s time to hire!

We saw this growth coming. Ceilings were closing in on us, and we knew something had to change in order to hit the growth potential we saw for Mix+Shine. For years, we had been working with contractors and subcontractors, and earlier this year (during an uncomfortable time), we made the decision to hire a full-time team. Now we’re sharing how we knew it was time to hire, what we’ve learned, and how you can know if it’s time for you to hire!
